This website should provide both parents and students with assignments and additional support. If you need to reach me my email is

Extra Help will be on Mondays and Thursdays. Monday in room 332 and Thursday morning in room 310. Mondays are generally lab makeup days but I will be available for questions as well. Monday will be 2:15-3:00 and Thursdays will be from 7:00-7:25AM.
Below are the supplies you will need for this class
A non graphing calculator. You cannot use your graphing calculator in this class.
A folder with graph paper for lab or a marble graph notebook.
A binder for Chemistry only. This makes it easier to find assignments and keeps students more organized.
Pens and pencils
My grading policy is as follows:
40% Exams- There are 3 exams every quarter.
10% Homework - Homework is assigned every Monday through Thursday. When we get closer to the Regents exam homework will be every night.
15% Quiz and Classwork
10 % Labs - Labs are done in school. There are no state labs in Chemistry or lab practicals.
20% End of Quarter exam - These exams are cumulative for the entire year.
5% Class participation and conduct - Students are prepared and participate in the lesson each day.
